Essina offers international shipping for premium home & living products to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and throughout Malaysia. We deliver home & living essentials including vases, cushions, throws, rugs, and decorative sculptures worldwide.
What is your return policy?
Essina offers a 30-day return policy from delivery date for all home & living products. Items must be unused with original packaging and tags attached. Returns for defective or damaged home decor products have no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns include a 10% restocking fee. Email info@essina.com.my to initiate your return for cushions, throws, vases, rugs, or other home living essentials.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, home & living product delivery takes 5-12 business days for both Malaysia and international destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe). International home decor orders may require additional time for customs clearance. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Are duties and taxes included in your prices?
Yes! All home & living product prices include customs duties and import taxes for international orders. You won't be charged additional fees at delivery—the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for your home decor purchase. We handle all customs clearance for smooth delivery of vases, cushions, throws, rugs, and sculptures to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
