Essina offers international shipping for premium home & living products to customers worldwide. We ship to major markets across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and many other regions globally, delivering our curated collection of home & living essentials to your doorstep wherever you are.
What is your return policy?
Essina offers a 30-day return policy from delivery date for all home & living products. Items must be unused with original packaging and tags attached. Returns for defective or damaged home decor products have no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns include a 10% restocking fee. Email info@essina.com.my to initiate your return for cushions, throws, vases, rugs, or other home living essentials.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, home & living product delivery takes 5-12 business days for both Malaysia and international destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe). International home decor orders may require additional time for customs clearance. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Are duties and taxes included in your prices?
For international orders, duties and taxes are NOT included in the displayed prices. However, we collect these charges at checkout so you see your complete landed cost upfront—no surprise fees upon delivery. Your final checkout total includes product price, shipping fees, and import duties/taxes calculated based on your destination. This ensures transparent pricing and a smooth delivery experience.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email for both Malaysia and international deliveries. Track your vases, cushions, throws, rugs, or sculptures in real-time as they make their way to your home.
